Welcome to the Creative Pictou County Artist Studio – a vibrant hub where imagination and talent come to life! Located in the Town of Pictou, our studio is a venue for local artists and creatives to explore their passions, collaborate, and share their work with the community. Whether you’re an artist looking for a space to create or an art lover eager to experience the rich diversity of our region’s talent, we invite you to immerse yourself in the creativity that defines our studio.

Studio Rental
Creative Pictou County is thrilled to have an artist studio in the deCoste Culture Hub at 99 Water Street in Pictou. This beautiful open space is ready for artists to teach their craft to the community.
With no specialized equipment in the studio, the instructor must bring their own equipment.
Pricing
$60/hr plus tax for non members
$30/hr plus tax for members
4 hours rates – $110/hr plus tax for members -$220/hr plus tax for non-members
Please contact for full day, full week or consecutive week bookings.

- Access to six drawing horses
- Two photography lights
- Five iPad 8’s
- Various paint supplies
- Tabletop easels
- Wired for kiln use
- Washroom attached
How to apply

Artists Expectations
Administer their own workshop (promote, sell tickets, etc) including setting their own pricing structure
Return the studio to the way it was found
Creative Pictou County Expectations
Promote the artists workshop on social media with digital materials supplied by the artist
Provide a clean studio space and furniture
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires 48 hours notice for a refund minus deposit.
