Denise incorporates timeless design and olde world aesthetics into her pieces for our modern day life. The unique functional work is inspired by rhythmic patterns, interlacing lines and finishes that invoke an Olde World aesthetic. The creation process employs several techniques; wheel throwing, handbuilding, custom molds and press casting. Bronze, gold, silver, satin, terra sigillata and lusters are among her favorite finishes as they compliment the timelessness of her designs.
